I raised this with the manufacturers many months ago. They told me that Silverprint used to do them but (I understand) have not for some while. The answer was to import them but I have seen an article somewhere showing details of how to make them !! I suppose all you need is some appropriate size plastic tubing, end caps either end, one set of which can be glued.
