I purchased from a friend leaving the country a case with Bronica SQ-A, SQ-AM, bunch of lenses, 2 Polaroid backs, 2 120 backs and a digital Leaf C-Most back with metal bracket adapter. It looks like 135 sensor. It has 2 networks and 1 FireWire cable.
It looks like a 135 sensor.
DO people still use these? Any users can tell more about them?

It has 2 networks
Minor detail: the back does have two RJ connectors; one RJ45-8p and an RJ11-6p. The former is indeed a typical ethernet connector, it even has the two small status LEDs on it, but it's likely not used for that purpose here. The connector is labeled 'aux' and apparently is intended to interface the back with another device. The RJ11 connector is to connect a remote control unit to, it seems. While RJ11 connectors have often been used for various purposes, including telecommunications, it's more rare to see RJ45 be repurposed in this way. But I admit to having done so myself in various hobby projects. Sometimes it's just convenient to be able to tap into an existing ecosystem of easily and cheaply available connectors and cables. The people at CreoScitex must have thought the same! I doubt the RJ45 connector really carries Ethernet. But it's hard to find concrete info on this back.

From my research I need a compaq hand held device to monitor the picture,
The firewire is supposed to be power only.

What I've read about this back all doesn't sound very encouraging. Maybe someone has an interest in this kind of early-stage digital back technology and would be willing to take it off your hands. IDK. I personally wouldn't have a use for it, either. Even if one could get it to work, there wouldn't be any technical advantage in using it.
