Hi all--
I'm trying to figure out if Bronica lenses for D & Z models can be used on the S or S2 models. Anyone know?
Thanks,
Matt

Yes, they all use the Bronica bayonet mount. With the earlier cameras up to the S, the focusing mechanism was part of the camera. On the S2, they added the removable helical, but the lenses still mounted to the helical with the same mount.

The cost of adapting them and making a focus mount would far exceed the cost of buying another old Bronica, and they might not be useable. The Bronica's falling mirror design made it possible for wide lenses to protrude into the mirror box. The Hasselblad has a traditional rising mirror, so lenses have to clear the mirror.
