Am ordering paper and have heard elswhere that the old standards have gone away
so what is everybody out there using these days? Particularly for transfer

Here is perhaps the only(?) dedicated bromoil paper out there. Also good for carbro... http://www.bromoil.com/products-supplies.html

Gene, do you have any idea whether the Slavich would be suitable for carbro? It seems like if it's suitable for bromoil, it must not have the gelatin super-coat.
 
I am currently using Fomabrom VI 123 from Fomafoto.no with great sucsess. But i have a large supply of Ilford Art300 wich i dont like for my normal photostyle. But have anyone tested Art300 with Bromoil? And how was the results?

Any tips on using the Fomabrom, do you us a soft or hard ink. I found the Fomabrom 112 quite hard to use when doing a workshop.
