I got a very generous number of photos from @JeffNunn, which he described as an attempt "to get better prints". I'd say you're in the right track!

Quite interesting to me, as I've only seen it online and read about it, is the halation effect in Fomapan 100, quite visible in some of the prints. I haven't used Fomapan much (neither in 35mm or 120), but this effect in the bright lights could be useful in some situations, but in others it can be difficult to control - as @JeffNunn mentioned himself in the "lady under the tree" photo.

Many thanks for this very generous exchange (and I now feel like a cheapskate, as I only sent out 1 lousy print...)

My BPX50 print is (finally) going out today!

And my print was returned, it seems I went over the size limit for the postal service. I'll be resending (with extra dose of stamps) in the coming days!

Cheers @rduraoc ! I went for quantity over quality I think! Still, for me this exchange is fantastic for putting some pressure on setting up the enlarger and having another go.

I hadn’t considered the halation of the film causing the problem with the print and will have to inspect the negatives a bit closer - certainly found some harder to print than others. All good fun and thanks Uwe for setting it up again.

Dear photographers, I just get three photographs from bedrof. All were made with an Olympus OM-4 which is a finde camera indeed. The two larger ones are Russian landscapes, Caucasus mountains, the peak is the Большой Тхач . The other print shows bolders at the Lake Ladoga. The dark one is a psotcard sized print, Manhattan at night.

I enjoy the prints very well and my wife too.

Thank you very much!
