This is a brand new lens that I mounted once on my Nikon, but never used it. I bought it from B+H for a job that fell through, but I kept it too long to return for a refund.
The Bower 8mm f/3.5 Ultra-Wide Fisheye delivers a rounded perspective.
It has multi-coated elements and a fixed petal-type lens hood to reduce flare and ghosting.
• 180° diagonal angle of view on APS-C image format; 120 degrees on full 35mm
• special hybrid aspherical glass
• Reduces flare and ghosting with super multi-layer coating
• Minimum focusing distance of 12-inches
• Fixed petal-type lens hood
Manual focus
f/Stop Range: f/ 3.5 - 22
Angle of View: 180/120 degrees
Groups/Elements: 7/10 (1 hybrid aspherical lens)

Package includes:
Front and rear lens caps
Special non-glare Lens Shade
Soft Lens Case
3- Year World-Wide Warranty

I never knew such a lens existed. This caused me to do some research. and people who use this and their 85mm lens really like them. Wish I could pull out the cash to purchase it, but high marks for a good lens at a great price is all the rage about this lens. Certain a buyer will scoop this up and do great things with it.

Yes, I agree. If it said "Nikon" on the barrel it would probably cost ten times as much.

B+H charges $349 + $47.99 for the 3-year warranty. This deal works out to about $68 less.
