Here is an example of a Hasselblad 501CM with a vintage 250mm Sonnar lens on a Linhof Profi III ball head. The ball head was an incredible bargain at about $150. I am using the Hasselblad quick attachment shoe just above the Linhof circular mount.

This might help: https://thecentercolumn.comThanks for all of the tripod suggestions, I'm still doing some research. If money were no object I'd probably just spring for an RRS setup, but the tripod/ballhead would be as much as my entire Hasselblad rig![]()

A great user manual site is butkus.org where one may download a printable manual for free. He asks only a small contribution.but it is not mandatory.Congratulations, you can find manuals and other good info here; Hasselbladhistorical.eu
Congratulations!
Happy shooting for a while; months, years or decades maybe, but there will be a moment in time you need to step up! Rolleiflex sl66se![]()
Congrats. You'll never regret it but, you are also in the club of poor people now. Good thing, all you need is about two more lenses.I've been looking for a while, missed out on a couple of good ones due to indecision. But I finally pulled the trigger on a nice 500C/M with 80mm CF T* lens, A12 back and standard WLF.
I was originally looking for a chrome version but couldn't resist this black one due to the condition, reasonable price (for this market, at least) and the fact that it was sold by a very reputable dealer and comes with a warranty. I should have it in my hands by turkey day!
