It cannot be a coincidence that, at least for us in Canada, the KEH catalogue comes in a plain, almost unmarked, envelope .

KEH.com is a nice place to browse around. I just purchased a Nikkormat earlier this week but they have not shipped it out yet for some reason. I think the F100 and N90s camera's are great buys in 35mm. I have the N80 with winder myself and like it a lot.

Coincidentally, just received a copy today. No unmarked envelope though. I guess we don't consider it porn here in the U.S.... yet.

I have an N80 and have always wondered about the N90. Does anyone know what the differences are? I have had my N80 for about 10 years now and it is still going great. Thanks for the info.

I have owned a few N80s, and indeed the N80 is a fine value. The N90s has better build quality and a few functional differences. The N80 will not meter with AI lenses. This chart is helpful:

And the N90s has 1/250 flash sync. A BIG advantage in my opinion.

The N90 has a flash sync of 1/250th, it will meter with AIS lenses, it's heavier, fatter, sturdier and older then the N80. The N80 is lighter, thinner and newer. It has a pop up flash and a flash sync of 1/125th. It does not meter with the AIS lenses. The cost is close to the same with both models and usually less then a hundred bucks. The two camera's are very different to hold (ergonomics) due to the size and weight. I have a N80 and like it but I just use it as a snapper camera and take it hiking and cycling and such. It's nice and light and the replacement cost is very low.
