Not really Bill. But OKay it's close enough.

If we talking about ISO 125 film then the light level for EV15 is less than the 4096 Cd/m^2. The Sunny 16 light level should still be 3251 Cd/m^2.

I think we should still talk of EV 14 2/3. Or one-third-stop less than what we first surmised. How many Cd/m^2 is that?

yes for ISO 100, EV 14 2/3. Meter calibrated with K=12.5. it's 3251 Cd/m^2.

EV 15 it's 4096 like Steve said.

For ISO 1, EV 0 the lumination is 12.5 Cd/m^2 if K=12.5. If K=14 then it's 14 Cd/m^2 for ISO 1, EV 0.

Unfortunately my Weston Master II is no longer working. But to answer my own question if I were to calibrate it so that the number 400 means 400 Cd/ft^2 then I would need to set the film speed setting to 80 for and ISO 100 film then it will agree with a modern meter like the my Minolta flashmeter VI.

Revisiting this thread... Realizing I just took my last chart and have been running with it...

Mechanically, what does the dial indicate when you do that?
For example: Emulsion Speed 80, Pointer 1/3 stop below 400 Cd/ft^2, f/16 is opposite what shutter speed?

For me, what I'd call the US Master Version (to contrast it with the UK Master Version) it is opposite 1/130
