This is a fully functional, very ugly, tripod head.
I would grade it KEH UG minus -- it is not pretty,
but it is fully functional. All axes rotate smoothly and clamp solidly.

- some light rust, much paint loss, some dings
- one of the setting scales was faded to illegibility and replaced by me
- the original clamp for the mounting plate has been replaced with a thumbscrew/nut but clamps securely
- a mounting plate is included, but it is missing the 1/4-20 bolt
- one of the bubble levels is missing

$35 plus actual postage, cash or US Postal MO, to US only.

Bump.

Now includes 1/4-20 bolt on the hex plate, with c-clip so it doesn't get lost. Head works fine, just not pretty.
