Not meaning to create anxiety/heat...but this question often comes up among people who look at photos "of" someone else's "material" : not just architecture, also sculpture and graffitti, which is "art" created by a third party. Weston's bed pan photo sometimes stimulates same question on Photrio. Maybe this distinguishes the "art" of photography from the equally admirable "craft" of photography.
