Dear photographers, I wait another 4 weeks for the next round. I asked all of you which don't have sent their images to fulfil this in the next weeks.
Thanks!
My plan is to print this very week, as I'm working from home for a few days... hope this goes as expected!

Hi,
I've received a very nice print of the Washington and Jefferson monuments in Washington DC from James O'Gara, in a beautiful sepia tone and even double matted! I'm pretty new at this so it was also interesting to see how to pack bigger prints 'padded' with card board box material.
Thank you James!

Received a beautiful batch of prints from Etienne in Germany.
Covering a lot of ground stylistically, the care in printing is self-evident,
I am blessed.

-Tim

NOTE: I have printed my images, toning today!

Tim,
thank you
I was worried those pics would never arrive at their destination... a few days more and hand-carrying would have been quicker! I am in SJ next week, wanna meet for a beer? I will send you the details in pm.

Dear photographers, dear Tim,

yesterday I received two wonderful photographs from Tim (dasBlute). These are really pieces of art. I especially love nature shots and these ones are something special. I loved the printing plan at the back too, which uncovered the amount of work which they needed.
I'll scan them in the next days and show it here.

I scanned the prints form Tim. They are toned, which I enjoyed very much.

Just got a print from Laurent and its looks great. A deep moody print that suddenly pops out the numbers at you. I guess I need a little more detail to explain since its MINE <BIG GRIN>. It is a picture of a section of rail track. The uniqueness of the picture are the bright numbers (1-3) on the tracks. Laurent printed it a nice moody dark tone but the numbers just pop out! This is going up on our wall as soon as I can make a mat and frame it.

Thanks Laurent for your eye and the picture that emerged from it. Cheers!!

BTW, note was great as I love reading how things come to light from an idea to finished product. <Sigh..>, you live in a part of the world, we hope to visit someday.

Laurent, your postcards were greatly appreciated also. Forgot to mention it, just got excited when I found your print in the mail.
