For Sale Black Leica M6 Classic for sale

I will be posting photos tomorrow but I just had the camera appraised by KEH and this was their response.

"Thanks for sending in the Leica equipment. The black M6 came into our EX+ grade, due to slight wear showing in the top plate and around the edges. The total I can give is $xxxx. Please let me know if you are still interested in selling or not. I will also need you to confirm your address." As many of you know KEH is very conservative in their appraisals. I graded this camera a a "Like New-" The camera comes in the original plastic case and box which includes a pristine Leica strap. The lens I purchased here about a month ago. It would grade the same as the camera. I just purchased a new voigtlander 35mm f1.4 which is smaller and more to my liking. I will keep my M5 if the test photos come back ok for www.thedarkroom.com.
On this forum I am going to sell the M6 as a kit with a Voigtlander 35mm F1.7 lens w/o caps, and a Zhou new half case for the camera. I am asking and even $2000.

Hi there - Thanks for posting. Sounds nice. Is this the .72 finder version?

Also, just out of curiosity, what type of value are you assigning to the body versus the lens?

It is a .72 viewfinder. $1500 for camera, $450 for lens and $50 for case. KEH asks a little over $1600 for camera plus tax.
