Black and White Transparencies

Good evening all,

I have used a black and white transparencies film (Fomapan). After developing the pictures all look blurred. Can it be something went wrong with second exposure during development? If so, what to do to avoid this. Thanks for your answers in advance.

Agreed, can't see that the original focus can alter in processing. My only suggestion is that the emulsion has been reticulated by incorrect processing temperatures or excess acidity in the bleach or fix. But we really need to see a sample scan to go any further ?

Without the pictures, it's hard to guess what happened. One rather remote possibility is excessive solvent (usually thiocyanate) in the first developer.
