Does anyone have an email address for Fuji?

Me too. Let's all (at least all concerned) email Fujifilm and let them know how much we would miss this wonderful film.

Just send the damn e-mail. It amazes me that people will find all reasons in the world to not do something that takes just a little bit of time, costs you minimally, and has the potential to make a small difference, regardless of what business realities might indicate. It wouldn't be the first time that people contacting a manufacturer made a difference. If anything it's no loss from where we are right now.
Whether emailing them will do any good or no, I just ordered a pile of 800Z and will likely order more next week. Money talks.

That's what it will take, people buying product in sufficient quantities to put the profit margin where the company believes it is getting a fair return on investment.

...can't see how emailing Fuji can let them know how much you (in the broadest sense) will miss this wonderful film. After all, sales probably tell a different story.
Remember that the decision to drop it has come from a lot of people arguing in boardrooms at Fuji - even a few dozen emails appealing for it's continuation would be good ammunition for people fighting for it's cause.
The other effect is the reaction when the ceasing is announced, and how the sales rise as it's stockpiled. At one point when TMax was quite new Kodak announced Tri-X 5x4" was going - the resultant reaction had an immediate effect and it's been safe ever since.
