I usually save up all my exposed film and process it in a single session. Since there can be a few months between sessions, I use liquid, one-shot chemistry that has a long storage life after the bottle has been opened.

Nothing unnusual here so all the film types will the same developer, fixer, stop, etc. I'll do each film type separate, with it's own processing times.

This batch is mostly HP5 with some Foma 400 and the Minox cassettes are loaded with TMX and the 16mm cassettes have Double-X.

The sheet film is all HP5 and this batch will all get "N" processing. There is a certain tonal scale to scenes I like to photograph, and my "N" is calibrated to that. Just about everything is "N" in my workflow.

You could try a split developer, or 2 bath, Diafine or Thorton. Too late for this batch as you have needed to adjust the ISO.. Alhtough not a big fan of Diafine I find a quart kit on ebay so I use it with Foma 400 with I shot at 600.

Yes, two part developers can really last a long time. I use T-max developer for all my film, but I do have about 2 gallons left of Lith A/B from 2006 that still works great for lith printing.

I only do that for color processing enough rolls to use up all the C41 set of chemicals. So now it I have fewer rolls I just send the fewer rolls of film in to be processed and printed.
