Wanted to thank all the input from the guys in the other thread about the condensers. I did end up buying the gentlemen's darkroom. I just moved stuff in and tested the b&w durst with the timer, lights up, looks to be working good. The color one's plug looks to be 6 pronged, something proprietary and plugs into another box, which connects to the timer and the timer back to it, and the box connects to the outlet. The thing is once i had that set up the condenser didn't light up, although I'm thinking it could be missing a bulb or something. But assuming it's the wiring somewhere, do the guys think it'd be hard to fix? I really doubt I'd be able to find another the box anywhere at this point.

Anyway, I think I have everything I needed to get started. There's 2 sets of easels, one stand and one wall mount. 135, 120 and 4x5 negative carriers, 3 timers, a bunch of filters, and extra bulbs! I've also got 5 lenses I'm trying to identify right now. But here's a quick photo of the set-up:

I also got development stuff, reels, canisters, trays etc. I'm feeling really fortunate the sellers dad was a pro photographer for 50 years so it looks to be in great condition and very complete.

Very excited to join the club. I ordered some c-41 chems already and just need to pick up new 1l bottles, thermometer etc. I'm likely going to hold off on the print making for a long while, but I can't wait to get starting on the developing hopefully next weekend.

Great! Enjoy!

If you connect the box directly to the wall does it light?
Usually a timer will have two outlets, one for the enlarger, one for a safelight.
When the enlarger is on, the safelight will be off and vice versa.

Wow. You got ahold of a lot of great stuff. Now trying to figure it all out. Looks like several fine stainless steel developing tanks. Great Have fun.

Looks like a Durst/Pavelle 401 MkII color head on a Durst Laborator 1000 4x5" chassis. I believe these heads were make in UK (though Durst is an Italian company). It is a diffusion head. I also think it has a 24V 200W lamp (ESC?). I don't have an instruction manual for that head. The L1000 manual only mentions the 401 head briefly.
The Durst 401 color head are [sic] described in detail in the appropriate operating maniual. Quote from the L1000 Manual

Wow good eye. That's exactly what the seller said the color one was. There's something moving inside the head it looks like a white foam box with plexiglas facing down, I'm assuming the bulb is housed in there somewhere. It's very loose though not sure if it should be like that, hopefully I'll have some time to open it up in a day or two.

Be aware that you need to run the appropriate fan with the Pavelle head - the lightbulbs are quite intense and will burn the filters without the fan running.
I have a copy of the Pavelle manual here

Congrats! Another one to buy film, paper and chemistry to keep analog alive. I find my darkroom very therapeutic.

Congrats on the setup.
I hope it was at a good price.

Thanks yeah, I paid $500 for the darkroom plus some extras. The darkroom was 2 enlargers, condensors, 4 lenses(nikkor, 2 schneider, 1 rodenstock), carriers, filters, development stuff etc. Which was more than I wanted originally but he made it a great deal by offering me a camera from his Dad's collection. I got a Canon IIS2 with 50mm 1.8

Great condition and still works although I think the shutter is off at slower speeds. The lens elements are super clean but the aperture blades have a ton of oil on it, I'm getting quotes for a CLA right now.
