Betterscanning.com still active?

I have an Epson 4990 and am shooting 4x5 and 120 primarily; I want to do full frame scans including the film edges. I’m also working on a project involving exposing strips of 35mm film taped into 4x5 film holders, so these need to be scanned together all at once. Given all this, it seemed that betterscanning’s mounting stations would be the perfect solution for me, but I can’t seem to get through to them. I initiated an order on their website two weeks ago, then sent a couple follow up emails with no response. Has anyone dealt with them recently? Are they still fulfilling orders?

Thanks guys. Looks like the may be defunct, despite the active website. Weird, and too bad, as their products look perfect for what I’m trying to do. I guess I may have to resort to scanning directly on the glass, with a glass overlay, or something.
