Best strategies/equipment for dealing with colour roll paper

Hello all-- as we know Kodak is no longer making ra-4 paper in cut sheets, and the rumours are that Fuji will soon follow suite. So the question is what is the best way to deal with colour roll paper?

I'm asking from the standpoint of a medium size darkroom co-op. If need be we have the space to accommodate a fridge and a roll paper dispenser easel whatever-- affording same is another matter.
