Best ISO setting for Neopan 400

I need recommendations for setting Neopan 400 for less than 400 so as to get less apparent grain although not diminish it completely. I will be shooting it both outside and inside. I have Microdol-X, XTOL, Rodinal, and Formulary's TD-16 (improved D-76) in my darkroom and would like suggestions on dilutions and development times and reasons for suggesting same. Here is how I use Neopan 400 in 120 format:
EI roughly 300, develop in xtol 1+1 with Jobo for 8.5 min at 20C, print on Oriental G3 with extremely fine grains.
EI roughly 600, develop in xtol 1+1 with Jobo for 13 min at 20C, print on Oriental G2 with beautiful grains.

I've been using it (Neopan 400, 120) exclusively for the past 2.5 years. I get the best results shooting it at 200, developing in D76 and taking 30% off the published times. I found that to control contrast minimum agitation is required. I agitate 5 inversions in 15 seconds, once a minute. If you have more questions email me at gene@gfarley.com.

Neopan 400 is my current favorite film. It is intermediate between Tri-X and HP5 in its curve shape, and finer-grained than either. I use Acutol developer 1+14 for 8 minutes @ 20C/68F. EI is about 320.

Where do you buy Acutol? Can't find it locally so I'm reluctant to try it (I'd rather patronizae my local photo store)

Any dealer can get it. Paterson is in the US again. I have to special-order it, but it's cheap, so I buy it by the case (4).
