Best equivalent of V290 batteries in Europe

Hi all, Sinar cameras used to ship with Varta or Sinar-branded V290 batteries (similar to Sony L series such as NP-F550), but these are starting to get old and don’t keep as much charge as they should. Some good replacements are known for North American (Ikan NP-F550, maybe also the Watson model) but Li-Ion batteries do not ship overseas to Europe. Others (Duracell DR5) can be too big to fit into the cameras and also discontinued anyway.

What would be the best European replacement for the V290 ?

I am not sure, but one issue is that V290 batteries are not actually NP-F550, these in general will not fit (at least, I have not found any that do). Older NP-F330 batteries worked for my Sinar emotion 22.
