Best Developer for Ilford Delta 3200

I was unable to find reply in archive... I'm looking for develpoment recommendation for Delta 3200 in diluted XTOL (1+1 etc.). I'm not the friend of grain smearing, I prefer crisp Rodinal-like grain appeareance though I need more speed than Rodinal can deliver.

I know there are some recommendatins on DigitalTruth but the times and temperature seems to be unreasonable high. Doeas anybody have experience with diluted XTOL and Delta 3200 ?
