I know that the top plate must be removed, it's not like other Bessas where the adjustment screws can be reached thru holes in the hotshoe. But I have no further info.
Has someone done it successfully? Or is there a link to the service manual?
In Germany the official service center wrote me back that they don't support this model anymore, which sounds pretty much unacceptable to me, because they mention on their website that the high quality Voigtländer rangefinder cameras and lenses can be repaired.

I have owned and used regularly the T, R2, R2S and R4 and they all had vertical RF misalignment. After realignment by my repair guy they go off again eventually after a few months of use. It’s a feature with these Bessas. They are cheap and adequate users but reselling them this way the buyer always make a stink about the misalignment so now I have one Bessa the L.
