Just received a Bessa R and the film counter window is bouncing around inside that area. I can hold the camera upside down and jiggle the window back into place but I don't know how to resecure it and I haven't been able to get it out either. Any ideas? Is this something that could be easily repaired by a camera technician (who?) ?

easy enough to do for them.
All it needs is to have the top removed & the window glued back in.

Did you just buy it?

you could, i suppose, try to hold the camera so that the window is in place, grab it with a bit of tape, hold it against its frame with the adhesion of that tape and apply a veeeeeeeery tiny bit of glue of some sort around the edge of the frame, thus securing it into position.

Or you could send it to a repair person who would probably charge you $25 or so to take the lid off, glue it back, put lid back on. Does it need a CLA anyway?

John, I did, yeah.

summicron, a CLA would probably be worthwhile...

Anyone in particular you guys would recommend?
