Besler 23CII Manual

I am looking for a pdf manual for my enlarger. Any help would be very appreciated. i need to get my darkroom set up and can't figure out what parts I still need. Really stupid question.... I need a timer right? And it will plug in somewhere that I have not found yet?

Beseler has an on-line exploded diagram of the enlarger on their web site to see parts.
