I'd like to try a Graded FB Glossy Bergger paper.
On a 100 sheet basis Bergger is the most expensive
of papers; sold only in 25 sheet envelopes. What is
it about a Graded FB Bergger paper that
recommends it? Dan

I don't know if the new Ilford manufactured Bergger graded papers have reached the US yet, they were only released last month in France.

They claim to be higher silver levels giving richer blacks, well that was for the old Forte versions. In reality the differences aren't huge between Bergger & Ilford Gallerie.

I'm still using some of the pre-Ilford Bergger warmtone graded paper, and it is gorgeous! Nice heavy-weight paper, beautiful tones, worth a premium.
And I'm glad to be able to get the larger sizes in smaller packages than Ilford offers. I need some fresh 16x20 Galerie, but can't afford nor justify over $200 for 50-sheet packages of each grade.
