Has anybody ever ordered the 8x10 size of COT-320 from B&H? I ask because they have conflicting information on their website. The icon and description relate to the Prestige line of photo paper that Bergger makes, yet the manufacturer catalog number and the short overview blurb lead me to believe that this is the real COT-320 for Pt/Pd printing. Does anyone know for sure? In all the things I've ordered from B&H over the years I've only ever had to return something, once, but it wasn't a pretty picture! Therefore, I'd rather avoid the headache!

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

I've never ordered COT320 from B&H. Only from Bostick & Sullivan. I'd call B&H to clarify before ordering. Or try tagging Henry Posner, who posts here on APUG (I forget his handle off the top of my head). I'm sure he can clear it up for you.

Thanks. Yeah, I called B&H earlier, but the guy on the phone wasn't very convincing. I don't know Henry, but, perhaps, he'll chime in. I might just go ahead and order it from Bostick; same price, though I can get free shipping from B&H.

Thanks, again.

What I know is that B&S is a pleasure to deal with on the phone.

I just rec'd cot320 paper from B&S. The package says Bergger Prestige photographic paper cot320/810/25, 100% cotton rag. It is just paper, not a emulsion coated photo dev out paper. This is my first foray into alt proc so wish me luck.

Vaughn - yes, I've ordered quite a few things from Bostick and they are very nice folks to deal with. My "issue" as it were is shipping cost. I know that Bostick has no control over this cost, but it's something I must consider. As a NAPP member I can get free 3-day shipping from B&H. Therefore, I tend to order most of my photographic supplies from them. That said, IMO they ain't the best on the return side...so, I try to avoid making mistakes like ordering the wrong paper.

optique - thanks for this info. The numbers you quote--cot320/810/25--exactly match what B&H reveals as the manufacture's part number so I'm feeling more confident with ordering from them.
