I have an Agfa folder with bad bellows and Sandeha Lynch in the UK made a great replacement. He has built a lot of bellows for various folders and may have replaced your very one at some point on another camera. I got very clear instructions from him on installing the replacement, but he will do that as well for an extra fee. Highly recommended

Great! How do I contact him?

Appears Certo6 has been selling off some of his parts and project cameras lately, mentioning that he's preparing to retire from his second retirement.

Based on the list below I think you need model #69895. There are new old stock Kodak Replacement Bellows sold on eBay but I don’t see your model on there right now. You could contact the sellers and see if they have the one you need, Customcameracovers is one seller. Some times they are sold based on the dimensions, not the model number so you could search that way.

Just typing "sandeha lynch" into the search engine bar brings up his website as the first hit, at least for me. Click on the camera with the red bellows to get the deets on the replacement bellows end of his trip.

I have the same camera with the same problem. I might try some thinned out liquid rubber or something. Lens has some haze, so not worth spending money on.
What film do you use?
I was going to get some 120 adapters, not sure if you need to mask and whether the window is usable withb120 film.
