I've got a CPE2+ on order so I can begin to process my own color. Looks C41 is probably an easier, less expensive perhaps, route than E6 (True?), but there's a lot of kits out there. What's the simplest, most bullet proof kit you'd recommend for a USA based guy.... likely from Freestyle.... Arista and Cinestill aren't terribly expensive. Tetenal ups the price quite a bit. Maybe they're all easy and it's six of one, half dozen of the other? Just imagining there's some that are easier to work with. As reference, I found mixing powder B&W chems led to an easier process than fooling with HC-110 with its high viscosity. Just sayin'. Thanks!

I like the Unicolor 1 liter kit. It states that it develops 12 rolls, but I have done 16 rolls in two to three days and gotten excellent results. It is the lowest cost at FreeStyle and allows one to develop small batches without wasting chemicals.
