I am selling my coated Collapsible Summitar 5cm F2 for Leica thread mount. The lens is just back from the shop with a fresh CLA. This lens is in better than average condition for a vintage Summitar, with very clean and clear glass. There is no oil or separation either. The mechanical motions are smooth and normal. There are 3 or 4 tiny air bubbles in the glass (this is normal, not a defect). There are a bare handful of minute markings on the glass visible only with bright light, but these are negligible to any use (and actually hard to see at all), but I mention them to inform the more fanatical of collectors. The iris blades are free from oil. I will include the CLA receipt with the sale. The original metal front lens cap is also included (also in good condition, but I forgot to put it in the photos). The serial number is 665082.
If you need a really optically first rate standard lens to use on a Leica or compatible rangefinder body this might just be it!
