I use the Domke F2 bag I bought for thirty bucks with my Plaubel Makiflexes (see my avatar) very similar to the Mamiya RB-67, which I have also owned.
You can fit alot of stuff in a Domke F2 if you take out the insert. Should hold everything you list, no problem.
My Domke F2 fits an RB67 with 90mm mounted and a back attached, 65mm, 180mm, three filters (in their cases) and a 45mm extension tube in the main body with the cushioned inserts left in place. Also carries two spare backs in end pockets, meter and cable release in front pockets, and extra rolls of film in pocket inside the soft cover.
I also use a Domke F902 to carry two extra backs. I have it attached to my carry strap on the F2.
