B/W magazine article on state of photography in Philadelphia

I am sure some of you are subscribing B/W magazine, and wanted to ask a favor.

A couple of years ago, there was an article on photography in Philadelphia. I am interested in reading it again, but I do not have the copy of the issue.

Would someone mind giving me a photocopy of the article? Let me know if you have one and time for it. Thanks.
