Can anyone out there point me in the right direction...
I had an extremely limited experience with Kodak Tech Pan film 10 years ago. I only shot one roll but achieved amazing results.

Question #1 - If I have any rolls of Tech Pan that need development - can either my local camera shop/lab develop this film or is there a mail order company capable of developing such film?

Question #2 - Is there any B&W film on the market today (35mm format) that can even come close to the high film quality & saturation of the discontinued Kodak Tech Pan?

All responses to this matter are greatly appreciated!

Thanks Ian Grant & reellis67 for the input on B&W films!
I did find one other film that might be note-worthy on this topic...
Is Rollei-Pan 25 (http://www.digitaltruth.com/store/c...ISO-35mm-x-36-exp-10-roll-box-pack-p-957.html) in the same league as Kodak Tech Pan? Has anyone had any comparable experience between Rollei-Pan 25 & Kodak Tech Pan (for 35mm format)?
Thanks again for all information regarding this topic.

Tech Pan is normally developed in Technidol. I bought some recently off the shelf at a local camera store. It can also be developed in Rodinal, if you know how.

The Rollei film may be similar to Tech Pan. I have not tried it. You may write Blue Moon in Oregon to see if they develop the Rollei Tech Pan. All you need to find is a film with no grain, high contrast, and extended red sensitivity.

Anyone else have experience with this film?
