I will never forget the first time I went to B&H. I didn't get the whole process and had a bunch of stuff from the darkroom section in my arms. A employee came up, smiled at my Midwestern naivete. His name was Moses, he stood a good 3 inches above me (i'm a bit over 6'1") full beard. He showed me how you to send the stuff up front by the overhead trolley. I wen't around to several departments, back then the used department was upstairs, it was like Candyland. I finally checked out up front, so much fun!.
Iowa, when I was growing up in the 60's, was about a diverse as a box of peppermint Tic Tacs

I love NYC, I can't think of more fun place to be.
