Agreed - I'll be out of the country for the last week of October, so I would prefer September or early October.

It would probably be a helpful indication if the people indicate whether they have voted by saying so in the thread to know who is participating to the collective decision.

I voted... though I still don't know what I am doing, even with respect to my trip to Singapore now.

I voted for Shropshire and have indicated some dates But it looks as if Derbyshire is running away with it at the moment and that will be more difficult for me as more days travelling will be involved. I will see what I can do though when the date has been decided
