Autowinder Battery Compartment Cover?

I've got a Minolta XG1 that I haven't used in a while. I was collecting all of the various bits and pieces for it (along with the Vivitar SLR I bought first), and discovered that the battery compartment cover for the autowinder is missing. I've basically torn up the whole house looking for it, and have low expectations of finding it. Does anybody know where I might get a replacement? Given that everything has passed to Sony, I don't expect success, but there's no harm in asking.
