Hello, i want to buy an automatic processing machine. Actually i have a filmomat light but i need more automation. I have one noritsu V30 but i will continue using it.

My idea is the more automatic possible but that i can deal with C41 (dev bleach and fix Fujihunt) and e6 (tetenal/adox 3 bath)

1. Jobo ATL1500 (2000 €)
2. Dev.A (6000 €)
3. Filmomat (5000 €
4. Osiris F1 (i'm speaking with some chinese people to get references from the machine) 1500 €

Around 30 rolls per week/session

Prices are orientative
What do you think?

I've had a Filmomat for about two years. It's great! But I'm only processing about 5 reels/week on average. Also 4/5. Using both b&w chemicals and Kodak Flexicolor for C-41.

The Jobo is a obvious choice to my taste. Problem, it's at least 30 years old. There's no way I would buy a China made processor unless the manufacturer opened Western countries support.

The Naked Photographer recently posted on a processor made in China he really likes.

Yes i have seen, but i want fuly automatic. Like ATL from Jobo or Filmomat, DEv.A. I don't want to be in front of the machine all the time the machine is working.

If you want to do sheet film consider a machine with witch you can use Jobo expert drums.

Jobo ATL 1000/1500 were a classic in labs for low volume development (B/W for 4x5" sheet film, for example). The problem is that they are old machines with no support and limited spare parts.

If you have contacted directly the remaining manufacturers, I would ask them to disclose current professional users in your country or region to have their feedback about the product.
