Robert Vonk from http://www.FotohuisRoVo.nl should know more details about those films -
he sells / sold stuff from Foma, Svema, ... He's often in the Ukraine and he's an expert in east european film industry.
I'm not quite sure but I think he's a member here at Photrio.

No frame markings, no.
Maybe: I can't read it, as its in Ukrainian.

The Russian text on the box says "loaded in Ukraine"

Have a look in the direction of Tasma aerial film. At least, we know they still do coat emulsion themselves.
Tasma Type-42L is becoming rather popular in Russia.

But Tasma does not list anymore any materials other than NDT X-ray films.

Maybe their sole outlet for the rest meanwhile is Astrum,. or they cancelled them all (see the general trend) and Astrum only offering remaining stock.

The Svema films are all outdated, since Svema went out of business circa 2000. (Astrum bought the facility and restarted under the Astrum brand)

just to be precise: Astrum owns (or has the right) now to use the Svema brand name. But the former Svema plant / facility was completely demolished. Nothing left. I've seen pictures of the demolished plant. None of the emulsion making and coating machinery was saved, it's all long gone. The Svema factory was one of the first film factories being closed.
Current films under the Svema label are already existing films coated by other manufacturers, e.g. Tasma.
