I saw the adams show in D.C and was,quite disappointed. His work actually looks better in books as the prints were quite dismal
Not the curators fault

Wow I saw it in DC too and loved it start to finish. The prints did not disappoint.

Isn't this like Radio stations?
They didn't make the music, but a DJ (Curator) can make or break a station; give voice and present a coherent, tight insight into the respective art and not be all over the place.

One can only benefit from weeding out.
