Arkay RC-11000 Dryer buying questions

I'm looking at buying a Arkay RC-11000 that I found for sale and I wanted to know what should be taken into consideration when buying one. Anything to look out for?

The listing says that the front rollers look good with no cracks or deformations. But says the back rollers show wearing. I've attached photos of those rollers. Other than that it says it's in pretty good condition and the heat works and rollers spin. It's listed at $600, do these pop up frequently or are they rare to find?

I really wouldn't know about second hand availability and prices. Looking at those rollers, I would expect they're fairly easy to replace with something DIY-ed to fulfill the same function once (if, ever) they wear out.
Do keep in mind that dryers like these run hot and therefore are energy-hungry, and you'd probably only want to use them when it's cold since they'll heat up your place pretty fast. Also, assuming this is an IR dryer, ensure that it actually works as the heater tends to break sometimes.
