Anyone know if the early, blue zone VI power supply will power an early, non variable contrast Arista cold light head?
Same fittings?
Wondering if they are the same but with different labels.

Why “reply by pm”? Others of us might also be interested.

Because I don't get on this site every day and I'd like to know if there is a reply to my question.
I don't mind if someone answers here as well. But if no one sends a PM, then
I don't know that there's been a reply, and sometimes replies come in months later.

Do you have photos of the equipment? What do you have or want to do?
I have from the old days a Zone VI cold light head for medium format and also one for 4x5. They have different power supplies. I think I could locate them in storage if you wanted some more information. The Zone VI units were very similar to the Aristo ones, practically identical. Some Zone VI ones came with the sensor for controllling the fluctuating light output, but for early ones you could buy a kit and drill some holes to install it.

Just wanted to find a home for it. I posted it on the local Craigslist in the free section. No interest. Probably because I don't know that it works.

Yes. It will power the lamp. The Aristo can also be upgraded to W54. Don’t bother if you don't have the stabilization circuitry. The housings are good for LED DIY projects if you are inclined.
