Getting serious here, I'm doing a bunch of printing with Arches Platine in pt/pd and I'm curious what everyone is doing?

Front (watermark readable) or back (watermark backwards)?

Thanks!

I use the smooth side of the paper. I forget whether the watermark is readable from that side or not.

I print on the side where the watermark is readable.

Hmmmm...looking pretty good. Last night I printed on the back (rough, watermark backwards) side. I'm not sure if I prefer one over the other yet. More consideration must be taken.

Using the back (Wmk reversed) side can cause problems with some process, as it isn't sized. Pepper, graininess, and blotching are more likely.

Heh heh,

I like the rope lights - also spotted the B&S bottles :D - so um, yeh... are you going to send me one of your Jobo drum processors for xmas ?

I can't. I need them for parts. One is pretty cannibalized already and three are working perfectly. The fourth needs a little work, but it'll probably just be used for parts too.

Parts !

Bah humbug !

I need one for processing

From the title of this thread I thought it had something to do with the mouth....
