This camera was called `Sinar-handy´.

It is actually just the rear standard with international back + a lens in barrel + a viewfinder + pistol grip (which seems to be missing in that offer).

Sinar offered 6 Super-Angulons from 47mm to 90mm and one Symmar 100mm. All in focusing barrels.

And 2 Mamiya viewfinders of 47 and 65mm resp. and one Graflex viewfinder with 4 masks.

It looks like an Arca version of the Sinar Handy. The knobs and lensboard attachments are Arca style.
