daleeman the last image as someone before me mentioned is great, I would love to see the image with some sharpening (my taste of course).
Hope no offence is taken with the small edit I made:smile:

No offense taken.
I really have to tell you that as I spooled the film off the SS reel I almost jumped for joy when I saw this image. Not only was the subject cool and the time of day was just as perfect as possible light wise but the film frame just looked amazing.

Certainly need to free up some time and go into the lab to print this neg. film scanns are not great off my cheapo HP.

I'd like to make a VanDyke Brown print from it too.

Lee glad you were not offended, It could be great if you could set the scanner on manual and squeeze the remaining shadow info from the neg as it will give you some room to prepare for your printing in the lab. Good luck with the project and would love to see the Van Dyke.

Life was too busy to get out and shoot the pinhole this weekend and a friend in Hospice, that took priority.
Anyone else get out and shoot?

Got out this weekend and took the Zero Image inside of an empy tennis court. Was wondering how the nets would look close up, there was some wind. Will finish the rolls soon and post scans.

November = Unofficial Pinhole Month

Here we are in November, known far and wide as the Month of Gratitude. I know we have a World Pinhole Day; maybe we can have an Unofficial Pinhole Month. So I hope to get out and shoot the pinhole camera once a week for the month of November. I may not be fast with publishing my results (The spare bathroom is my wet lab for tank and reels, no enlarger etc.), but nonetheless I?m grateful to have a pinhole camera and will shoot it up this November.
Anyone up for weekly Pinhole? After all it?s November and we have a lot to be grateful for.

Lee - Good to see you are getting out and shootin' - I might take some time tomorrow to get out while the weather is above 0?...
And the Zero's are a much lighter alternative to the Hasselblad no?

True, the Zero is a very lite camera. Looking forward to going to the falls. We are getting some rain, so we hope to see some water at the waterfalls.

Charleston Falls, Pond and Farmhouse images.

I had a bunch of issues with the shutter on the Zero Image. It was open when I did not want to be and smoked several frames. Would pull it out of the case and it would be open. Really made me unhappy. Had one roll set to be 6x7 and when I mounted it vertically it slid open, GRRRRR.

But I did get a few photos here for the Month of Gratitude shoots. Post yours too, like to see them.

Still in the spirit of Gratitude in November, I got out to work off the turkey comma and took the Zero Image camera with me. Here are a couple of images I took.

Lee, great shots. What film/dev combo did you use?
I've not had the shutter slide open - do you use the cable release version?

Morning,
I have the shutter release with the cable device. I've been paying more attention to how I transport and case it up to help eliminate the shutter magically being open. Only happened once on this treck within two rolls of Across 100 film, developed in Diafine. It was partially open leaving a blur on one frame, but I believe the shutter was dragging when it closed and as I stuck my head in front of the camera I noticed it was still partially up. (probably a result of the cheap cable release from ebay)

Here is one more image from that day. I have some additional ones I am working on.

When reloading the film this time for future shots I set it to 6x9 format. So after next week's prediction of rain I hope to think wide.

Make it a great day, just get out and photograph something.
