I looked into this some years ago, and found nothing specifically produced for home darkroom APS work. The only items appeared to be attachments for APS cassettes for some scanners (these still seem to sell well on Ebay....).
As a strange occurrence, we recently got an APS Jobo reel. Its brand new, and we have nothing to do with it.
Its yours for postage if you can use it.
We can manufacture these special 2500 system reels for APS on order, but do not have any on hand other then this one, though this would be the ideal way to run C-41 APS rolls...
There is a plastic tool that has two different ends, one to open the film gate in the APS cartridge, and one to turn the cartridge spindle; but a small screwdriver and a piece of dowel could be used to improvise. I've not measured, but I wonder if some of the old adjustable plastic roll film tanks will adjust down to the needed size. I own a couple of the aforementioned tools, but I was only interested in getting the negatives out to scan for the web.
I have a few extra "FR Special" tank and reels that will develop APS, $20 plus shipping. It's old and can only be used to rotate agitate you can't invert and have to feed it manually (no auto load ball bearings) but it works.
