I stumbled across the Mercury webpage while randomly Googling "Does a medium format bulk film loader exist?" and instantly got hooked on the idea.

I'm wondering if anyone has had success with such a camera, and which configuration they used?

I'm reading through the 100-ish page guide now, and I think I'm getting a sense of how the whole thing works. I don't yet understand, though, if lenses can be interchanged as easily as they can on an ordinary view camera, with just a lens board swap, or if everything is more or less bolted incredibly securely in place. Similarly, if I wanted to switch between a 6x9 Horseman back and a 4x5 negative, whether that would necessitate two entirely different Mercury cameras. Thanks!

I have purchased several things from them -- not a "medium format bulk film loader." (That may be for 70mm film.)
Frankly, how the site operates is still a mystery to me. I have managed, in spite of my lack of understanding, to purchase a medium format camera, an adapter to use 35mm film in Mamiya backs and a few other items.

Without actually going into the configuration and order page, here is what it looks like to me;

To use both a 6x9 horseman back (I am assuming the graflok version) and 4x5 film, you would need to order the 4x5 body. Where things get blurry is depending upon the lens you would possibly need another 3-4 piece lens mount assembly. The good news is that it looks like swapping a whole mounted lens assembly is accomplished with 4 thumb screws.
