13x18 cm is, I believe, Eurospeak for 5x7 inches. 5x7 translates to 12.7x17.8 cm and it looks like they (the infamous and universally guilty 'them') just round it to 13x18cm.

If not, then this is 5.12x7.09" film and shaving a 1/10th of an inch off both sides should make it fit a 5x7 holder.

The dimensions of the Fomapan 100 13x18 are 128x178mm.....you won't get them in 5x 7 holder.
The dimensions of the Fomapan 100 5x7 are 125,0x175,8mm.....too loose in 13x18 holder.

I thought perhaps it was just renamed 5x7, by nearest convenient metric values. Good to know it's not. Cutting 3 mm from each dimension would be irritating.
