Anyone recommend a good bag for Hasselblad (and Bronica)?

I think I have decided on the Domke F-2 in the waxwear finish with inserts.

It's cute - even for it's size.
It's rugged - like me (not).
It's in a great price range.
It's got great feedback so far.

I have a rolleiflex sl66 gripped with several lenses (5) + lightmeter + filters bay VI + cookin p set. all in a Lowepro vertex 200, I know is not the best to walk arround in the city. and it's a system a bit heavy for a girl, but, what can I tell you, to me (I'm used to take landscape photo) is the best.. it has all weather cover, it can hold my Manfrotto, and everithing..
Also I used to have a crumpler 6 or 7 million dolar it was for my digital gear (canon with some lenses and flashes), and i found out that the messenger type of pack is not the best for heavy cameras. My back told me that once..
I recomends you to buy some medium-small backpack. Lowepro has very good solutions, and Crumpler too, but crumpler is expensive.

I'm a little late to the party but you might also consider jill-e bags -- very good quality, durable camera bags that are attractive and geared towards women. I have this bag (small size) which fits my Bronica SQ set up (body, three lenses, three backs, plus film) -- there are larger sizes if you want it to hold two systems. They also seem to be coming up with new designs and bags all the time.

The one downside is that they are a bit expensive (but shop around for prices).

Glad makes some nice bags in different sizes. Waterproof & cheap.

A Domke f2 Rugged wear IMO is a very good choice Katie, because it's lightweight for it's size, it's "shooters bag" that's easy to access your gear even on the run, the finish of the bag will improve with age until it looks beat up and like it doesn't contain anything of value, and they seem to swallow up as much as you can put in them.

HAHA! Thanks guys. I checked out JillE, Billingham, Epiphanie, Kelly Moore, Crumpler, and the Etsy handmade one's. While STYLE was clearly on the top of the list for THESE, I found that the Domke had the look I like (ie: non lunch box or backpack, but more of a bag that doesn't look camera bag-ish) AND had the inserts that I wanted, as well as easy access to equipment. It also is waterproof and has a weathered "vintage" feel to it, which is also very "me". I want the bag to match the cameras. I would think a Hasselblad 500C would feel more at home in a weathered Domke than a shiny new leather JillE. (kinda like me, too).

Cute is surely subjective, right? I *DO* think they are very stylish!

Seriously, I think it looks great for being a camera bag. I would love to have a leather camera bag, although I would have it somewhat more masculin, like an old school briefcase. Or like an old doctors bag, that kind of opening could probably be made to be great for opening while the bag is worn.

I see f2 has been recommended over and over, however, I do not know how the 4 dividers that do not change in size can be helpful. Also can the padded dividers hold the 500 series body with 80mm lens attached? Are you guys buying separate dividers?
Any pics of how you have your laid out?

Hmmm, that would be nice. Does anyone have the F2 that they could post pics of the inside WITH GEAR. I have the distagon 50 for the Hasselblad, which is considerably longer than my old 80C.

Sorry, no pics...
I don't know about the 500 series, but I can fit my Bronica SQ-A with 80mm in my f2 with the same insert as in the photo (4 compartment) by laying it down or by standing the camera on its end. This is with the WLF and not the prism finder, and I have to take the speed grip off.

I have a Canon 85mm f/1.8 and when it's attached to an F1n or FTB it fits into the big compartment. When I was young and foolish, a carried 2 Canon bodies and 5 prime FD lenses in that bag. Back then, I was told that zoom lenses were'nt as good. I'm not a pro anymore, but now I just carry 1 body and 2 lenses max. The Domke is sometimes too big so I switched over to a Crumpler 4 Million Dollar home. It's a great bag. I'm tired of back aches.

If you are going to buy a Domke bag be careful there are a lot of fakes about made in the Far East many of them on E bay, if you buy one get one from a reputable dealer, and if they are genuine they should have YKK zips fitted.
