That has nothing at all to do with what temperature they are calibrated at. I doubt any analog thermometer on the planet is perfectly linear.
Again, you need them calibrated as close as possible to the temperature you are going to use. While 0C/32F and 100C/212F are temperatures that are easy to attain with accuracy, neither is a very useful calibration point for darkroom processes.
