Anyone in USA notice Glacial Acetic Acid difficult to obtain?

Swell begins to take place within 20 seconds through normal film at 68 deg F. This is the average diffusion time of developer into film. The swell starts instantly due to pH and due to water both.

I used to plot this with a device called a swellometer at EK. Swell, in microns, vs time!
